Mini Pepperoni Pizzas

6 slices very thin wheat bread (I use Peppridge Farms)1/3 cup tomato basil sauce (Classico)2 ozs mozzarella6 very thin slices deli sandwich style pepperoni (aprox 1 oz)
Preheat oven to 450.
For crispy crust lightly toast the bread slices first. For softer crust use fresh.
Lay bread slices on baking sheet and top with aprox 1 tablespoon sauce each. sprinkle half the cheese on top of the sauce. Top each pizza with one slice pepperoni and top with remaining cheese,
Cook in preheated oven for aprox 6-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Makes 3 (2 piece) servings
