Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef (extra lean), cooked 1.25 cup waterBeef bouillon, 1 cube Brown Sugar, 3 Tbs, packed Lemon Juice, 3 oz.Ginger Snaps (8 cookies), crumbled1/4 c raisins
Directions
Brown burger, drain well.
Add water, lemon juice & brn sugar; bring to a boil then add ginger snap crumbs & raisins, stirring until sauce thickens. Serve over rice.
Makes 4 servings.
