Ingredients
Garlic, 3 cloves mincedHoneysuckle White Boneless Ground Turkey Breast , 16 oz Onions, raw, 1 large choppedCarrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) dicedOlive Oil, 2 tbspCelery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) dicedChicken stock, home-prepared, 1 cup Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 cup, chopped or sliced Lentils, 2 cup cooked or cannedBasil, 5 leaves choppedsalt, 1 tbspPepper, black, 3 dash Barilla Plus Rotini 1 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
Directions
Saute garlic, onions, carrots and turkey in large pot until the onions are translucent. Add celery, stock, water tomatoes, lentils, peppers, and seasonings. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add pasta and simmer for 15 minutes before serving.
Makes 8 -1 1/2 cup servings
