Chili Chicken Strips

Ingredients
5 oz. boneless chicken breast1 tsp. fresh lime juice1/2 tsp. chili powder1/4 tsp. ground cumin1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Rinse chicken, pat dry and cut into strips. In a small bowl, mix together lime juice, chili posder and cumin. Season chicken strips with mixture. In a non-stick skillet, heat oil on medium high; add chicken strips and saute for about 3-5 minutes, or until slightly browned. Then lower heat to medium and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Remove from heat and serve.
