Slow Cooker Chicken Tripple

11oz chicken1 Can Reduced Sodium Black Beans1 Can Reduced Sodium Diced Tomatoes.5 Cup Brown Rice (UnCooked)Water to coverPaprikaCuminGarlic PowderOnion PowderSalt (to taste)
I took the chicken breast from the freezer(of which I had already quartered into 4oz servings).
Placed the chicken in the clow cooker.
Opened the cans of Beans and Tomatoes(I didnt drain either)
Placed both ingredients on top of the chicken
Added the water to cover
Added the half cup of brown rice(Barley could be substituted)
Added seasoning.
Turned on the slow sooker on low for 6 hours so the chicken would easily fall apart. I am sure it can be done in a shorter time like high for 4 hours. You could also add a can of corn, or fresh/frozen okra).
Keep an eye on it so the rice doesnt soak up all the water!
Eat it up YUM!
