Pork Tenderloin Salsa Pita

Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin - 8-12 ozx. fully cookedChick Peas, one can, drainedSalsa, 1 CupSpinach, fresh - 1 cup per personPita bread, 1/2 per person
Directions
Mix the meat, chick peas and salsa in a bowl.
Cut whole pitas into halves and open up the pocket
Stuff inside of pita with fresh spinach and about 1 cup of the mixture.

Can be made with any type of leftover meat or without. Can add shredded cheese.
