No Roll Oatmeal Crackers

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. oatmeal, old-fashioned, Quaker1 tbsp. olive oil1/2 c. water, tap1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Mix ingredients, drop 1 Tbsp. each onto pam'd cookie pan and flatten with your fingers. Bake at 350 20 minutes, flip half way thru baking time, turn off oven and allow crackers to dry 5 more minutes in oven. Makes 15 little cookies.

You could add dry herbs, like rosemary, if wanting to add a flavor.

    I made these and added 1 tbsp of Braggs Nutritional Yeast Seasoning. 1 tbsp is a serving and is 20 calories, so the calorie increase isn't bad, especially since it's a good source of B vitamins.

    i substituted quinoa flakes, and added 1tbsp italian seasoning. the quinoa increased the calorie count by 2. nummy good! thanks. i'll have to try some other flavors. =D - 2/29/12
