No Roll Oatmeal Crackers

1 1/2 c. oatmeal, old-fashioned, Quaker1 tbsp. olive oil1/2 c. water, tap1/4 tsp. salt
Mix ingredients, drop 1 Tbsp. each onto pam'd cookie pan and flatten with your fingers. Bake at 350 20 minutes, flip half way thru baking time, turn off oven and allow crackers to dry 5 more minutes in oven. Makes 15 little cookies.
You could add dry herbs, like rosemary, if wanting to add a flavor.
