lean Turkey (10 oz)Stewed tomatos (no salt added)Rotel (mexican stewed tomatoes)reduced soduim pinto beans (can)barley (1 1/2 servings)Taco seasoning mixsteamfresh corn 1 package Bushes chilli beans (mild)1 1/2 serving barley Canola oil (1 tsp per serv)
fry turkey and add to other ingredients.Add as much liquid as you like. I split this into individual containers and freeze.
