Whole Wheat Pasta with Spinach, Artichoke and Sun Dried Tomato in Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Spaghetti ButterFlourSkim milkVegetable stockParmesan cheeseSalt PepperItalian SeasoningArtichoke heartsSun dried tomatoesSpinach
Directions
Make roux:
Melt butter on medium low and add flour, stir
Add milk, then vegetable stock
Add seasonings, stirring, turn heat down to low

Cut artichokes, add to sauce
Cut sun dried tomatoes, add to sauce

Boil water and add pasta, cook according to package

Add spinach at the end to wilt just barely
