Basic Muffin Recipe

Ingredients
Flour, white, 1.75 cup Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup Baking Powder, 2 tsp Salt, 0.25 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Canola Oil, .25 cup
Directions
Makes 10 - 12 standard sized muffins.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix dry and wet ingredients seperately. pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just moistened.

Spoon batter into lined or greased muffin tins.

Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes, or until golden.
