3 cups shredded cabbage5 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped1 cup fresh broccoli florets, cut into small pieces1 cup cauliflowerets, cut into small pieces1/2 cup chopped red onion1/2 cup fat free sour cream1/4 reduced fat mayonnaise1 tablespoon cider vinegar3/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
In a bowl, combine the cabbage, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, and onion. In a small bowl, combine the spour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour over the cabbage mixture; toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
