Egg Salad with cumin

Ingredients
5 eggs3 tablespoons Vegenaise1/2 cup chopped celery1 teaspoon yellow mustardA pinch of sugar or agave nectar1 teaspoon cumin1 teaspoon capers1 teaspoon paprikasalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1) Boil and cool eggs. I put the eggs in a pot with enough water to cover and bring to boil. Once it's boiling, I set the timer for 12 minutes.
2) Chop eggs in bowl and mix in all other ingredients.
3) Enjoy!
