Brazillian Steak Casserole

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs of Beef Steak ( Can be anything blade, gravy beef, crosscut, rump )2 onionsMIX TOGETHER1 cup water2 T Flour1/2 Tspn Sugar1/2 Tspn Salt1 T Malt Vinegar1 Tspn Curry Powder1/2 Tspn mustard Powder1 T Worcester Sauce2 T Tomato SauceGood pinch of Baking Soda
Directions
Chop meat up, chop onion .... add to casserole dish pour over liquid then add another cup of water and cook for 2-3 hrs in oven (350deg F 180 deg C) or all day in slow cooker. Makes 4 servings
