Low Fat Banana Muffins

Ingredients
2 Cups Banana, mashed (3-4)2 Cups Wheat UNENRICHED Flour2 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Cinnamon2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice1 Cup Brown Sugar3/4 Cup margarine OR canola oil2 EggsPAM for Baking
Directions
1. Preheat Oven to 325F.
2. Sift Dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
3. Whip sugar and margarine (or oil) together in a large bowl.
4. Add eggs one at a time.
5. Gradually add flour mixture to wet mixture.
6. Add mashed banana.
7. Spray muffin tins.
8. Fill 3/4 in each cup.
9. Bake for 35 minutes.
