Ingredients
18 Corn Tortillas, torn into bite size piecesMexican Cheese, 2 cupsSalsa, 1 cup4 Chicken Breasts (skin and bone removed, cubed)Enchilada Sauce, 2 cupsRed Bell Pepper, 1/2 and dicedOnion, 1/2 of a large and diced
Directions
Cook Chicken and mix up all the ingredients in a 9x13. Cook until cheese melts.

*Can add corn, black olives, sour cream but not included in nutritional values.
