Creamy Turkey Vegetable Chowder

Ingredients
1 T. margarine1 chopped onion3 potatoes, peeled & diced (~ 3 c.)2 c. sliced carrotssalt & pepper to taste3 c. chicken broth3 c. 1% milk1 398 ml can creamed corn1/2 tsp dried parsley1/4 c. cold water1/4 c. cornstarch2 c. leftover turkey, chopped
Directions
Melt margarine on med heat, cook onion til tender. Add carrots, celery seed, took til tender. Add broth, potatoes, turkey, corn, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil, simmer ~ 15 - 20 min til veggies are tender. Add milk and parsley, head just til boiling. Mix cornstarch and water. Add to soup, stir and serve.
