Pseudo Banana Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup low fat (1% or no fat) cottage cheese1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened1 or 2 tsp Spenda, or no calorie sweetner1/2 medium banana (or 1 medium banana if you like it sweeter)1 oz. pecans
Directions
Mix all ingredients and mix until smooth with a hand-mixer.

A smooth delicious low-calaorie pseudo pudding for snack or dessert!

Instead of cocoa and Spenda, you may choose a no calorie chocolate coffee syrup (2 tblsp), it is an ideal substitute.

Makes 2-1/2 c servings.
