Pizza dough2 tbs. Olive Oilsprinkle of Italian Seasoningdash of Garlic Salt1 cup Mozzarella Cheese1 tbs. flour1tsp. cornmeal
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Take out pizza dough and let sit for a few minutes before working with. Take out pizza stone and put flour onto top of pizza stone. Flatten pizza dough onto pizza stone with hands and flip pizza dough over to repeat. This ensures that both sides are equally covered with flour and will not stick to pizza stone. Clear pizza stone of any excess flour, then add cornmeal to the top of the pizza stone. Now, use a rolling pin to roll out the dough to desired shape and size. A marble rolling pin works great, and a rolling pin ensures that dough is being flattened and that there will be virtually no bubbles when cooking. Once pizza dough is rolled out completely, drizzle olive oil onto pizza dough as if it were sauce. Sprinkle olive oil liberally with italian seasoning and a dash of garlic salt. Top pizza with mozzarella. Place pizza stone in oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
