Danish Apple Cookie

Ingredients
1/2 c flour1/2 tsp salt1 c chopped apple1 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking powder3/4 c sugar1 large or 2 small eggs
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, Add apples, vanilla and egg. Place in well greased pie pan. Bake 35 minutes until crisp.

Serve with cool whip or ice cream.
