Spinach, Mushroom and Sausage Omlette

Ingredients
1/2 cup Green Onions, raw, chopped1/2 cup White Onions, raw, chopped 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 100 grams Spinach, frozen, 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, sliced6 large Eggs,2 tbsp Sour Cream, 100 grams Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 1 dash Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 4 Pork Sausage links, cut into 4
Directions
Saute both onions in Olive oil until tender.
Add rest of ingredients and cook at medium heat for 5-8 minutes.
