Parboiled rice with mixed vegetables (1/3 cup)

Ingredients
1 1/2 tbsp Sofrito Seasoning(you can make one with finelly chopped onion, pepper and garlic)1 tbsp pure vegetable oil 1/4 of a packet of Sazon seasoning (culantro y achiote) 1 can of mixed vegetables2 cups of chicken broth1 cup of parboiled rice
Directions
In a caserole boil the oil, sofrito sazon, mixed vegetables and chicken broth. Add the rice and let it boil until almost dry in high. Move and let it simmer (temperature in low) until fully cooked (about 20 minutes).
