White bean chicken chili (crockpot)

Ingredients
4 large boneless chicken breasts - roughly 1 lb2 cans of great northern beans or any white bean1 pkg of McCormicks White Chicken Chili seasoning1 cup of water, although I added about 2 cups since we don't like it quite so spicyCilantro for garnish
Directions
I put the water and chicken breasts just raw into the crock pot and empty in the beans and the seasoning mix. I mix it all together and set it for 9 hours and off to work. When I come home, I shred or pull the chicken and put it back into the pot. While I am doing this I make some brown rice or couscous and serve the chili over that. I garnish with some cilantro. If you like it spicier add some cayenne red pepper.
