Curried Tofu-Egg Salad Spread

Ingredients
Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large Tofu, extra firm, 0.2 block Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced Fage Plain non-fat yogurt, 2 Tbsp Curry powder, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Serves 3.
Combine all ingredients in a food processer - pulse until desired consistency is reached. Use as a dip, on a sandwich, or over mixed greens.
