*College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 8 cup (remove)*Chicken - Great Value Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 16 oz (remove)*Brown Rice Mahatma Natural Whole Grain Rice (1/4 cup), 1 cup (remove)*Celery - 1 medium Stalk, 1 serving (remove)*Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion), .5 serving (remove)*Butter - Great Value salted sweet cream butter, 1 tbsp
boil boneless chicken breast and shred when done. add vegetables and return to boil. reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are half done. add cup of uncooked rice and cook until rice is done. add salt and pepper and butter. i also add onion powder and garlic powder to taste. i don't know how many cups it makes. i will measure it when i make it. probably 2 cups each.
