Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients
4 ounces chilled canned pumpkin1 cups cold skim milk8 teaspoons sugar 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon vanilla8 or so ice cubes
Directions
This makes 2 servings.
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Add ice-cubes until you reach desired constancy.
3. Enjoy!

    I loved it, I also added a banana, nutmeg and allspice. I did not need any ice cubes I always keep frozen bananas on hand for smoothies. I use brown sugar instead also and did not use but a few ounces of milk. Thanks! - 9/16/10
