pumpkin seeds raw and soaked - 1Cwater - 2 TBlemon fuice fresh - 1 TBgarlic clove crushed - 1/2 TSsalt 1/4 TScayenne pepper or Black pepper - dashred or green onion - 1 TBdill weed fresh minced - 2TS
Directions
2 SERVINGS:
place pumpkin seeds, water, lemon juice, salt and cayenne in food processor and process to a paste. scrape side of bowl.
Transfer to a bowl. Stir in onion and dill. Mix well & store sealed in refrigerator.
