Ingredients
*TJ's Soy Essential Soy Beverage - 8 oz, *Trader Joe's Dynamo Plus Calcium juice drink, 4 ozBanana, fresh, .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)*Protein Powder, Trader Joe's Organic Hemp 16oz/454gm Jar (4 Tbsp/30gm), 2 tbsp Steel Cut Oats, dry, uncooked, 2 Tablespoons*Trader Darwin’s Very Green Drink Powder, 1 serving (scoop)
Directions
Throw all ingredients in a blender, blend on high for one minute. Yes, there is uncooked oatmeal in this! You need a minute at least to blend so the oats liquify. You may also want to skip the green drink mix at first - it is an acquired taste, but now I really look forward to it. It is nutritious and energizing. Just check the nutritional info....
