In a wok, put a dash of olive oil. Throw in green peppers, beans, frozen peas and almonds. Stir and let sizzled on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add soy sauce and ckicken brouth for a bit of liguid. Add Uncle Ben Brown Long Grain rice (cooks in no time). Cut cooked turley breast into strips and add in the stir fry. Keep on medium heat for 7-9 mins. Makes 4 portions (in a bowl).
