Roasted Red Baby Potatoes

Ingredients
* *Potatoes, Red Baby Little Potato Company, 750 gram (remove) * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove) * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove) * Salt, 1 dash (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
Directions
Wash and dry potatoes, removing any "hairs" or blemishes. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, first, then add seasonings and toss until potatoes are evenly covered. Transfer to roasting pan, distribute evenly. Cook for about one hour or until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork.
