Herb Seared Salmon

Ingredients
Pink SalmonSpray Olive Oil1-2 pinches of each depending on size of fillet:lemon pepper, cayenne pepper, thyme, oregano, onion powder, salt, parsley and a dash of chili powder
Directions
Heat a skillet on med. low heat. 2 quick sprays of olive oil on the skillet. Lay salmon fillet, skin side down. 2 quick sprays of olive oil to the top side of the fillet. Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over fillet. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Remove skin before serving. Serve with Whole Wheat Tortellini Parmesan and Stir Fry Vegetables with Asparagus (frozen isle)
