Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
2 c. macaroni, uncooked2 Tb. butter2 Tb. flour1 1/2 c. skim milk5 oz. Cracker Barrel extra sharp cheddar cheese, cubed4 oz. 2% Velveeta, cubedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan; add flour. Cook over medium-high heat 30 sec. and add milk. Cook until thick, about 1-2 min. Add cheeses and stir until melted. Place in greased 9x12 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
