Turkey Meatloaf With Oats & Cheddar

Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 ozPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1/4 cupOnions, raw, 1/2 medium Quick Oats, 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tspPaprika, 1 tspPepper, red or cayenne, 1 tspGarlic powder, 1 tbspSalt, 1 dashHunt's Ketchup, 1/4 cupEgg white, 1Pepper, black, 1 tspKraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1/4 cup
Put the ground turkey, onions and peppers in the bowl.
Add spices.
Add the worcestershire sauce and one egg white and work the spices through the meat mixture with your hands or a large spoon or fork. Add the oats. Add cheddar. Mix.
Then add the meat to the loaf pan and pat down into a loaf. Top with ketchup.
Place your loaf pan on a baking sheet and place in a 350 degree oven for approximately 35-45 minutes.
Meatloaf is done when you see the clear juices bubbling around the edges of the meatloaf.
