Tink's Crockpot Cabbage Chili

Ingredients
2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 large can pinto beans, drained and rinsed1 bag slaw mix1 can diced tomatoes1 large can of Low-Sodium V81 large onion1 large bell pepper16 oz lean ground turkey2 T chili powder*1 tsp cumin*1 clove garlic, minced1 dash cinnamon* Or use your favorite chili spice blend
Directions
Spray skillet with olive oil flavored cooking spray. Saute onion, pepper, and turkey until meat is cooked and vegetables slightly tender. Add to crockpot.

Add all other ingredients to meat mixture and stir. Cook in crockpot on low 6-8 hours.

Makes 8 - 1.5 cup servings.
