Beef fajita stew

Ingredients
1lb Beef stew meat1 can no salt added diced tomatoes1 pkg McCormick Fajita seasoning1 Red bell pepper1 Green bell pepper1 Onion2 cloves garlic1/4 c. flour1/4 c. water
Directions
Cut up all veggies. Place beef, onion, garlic, tomatoes (undrained) & seasoning pack in crockpot & stir. Top with peppers. Cook on low for 6 hrs. Combine water & flour & slowly mix into crockpot. Turn heat to high & cook an additional 20 mins until thickened. Serve over rice topped w/light sour cream (optional).
