Turkey Sloppy Joe in a Pita & sauted Zucchini

20 oz lean ground turkey1/3 cup chopped onion1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper ( or green if prefer)1.25 cups ketchup2-2.5 tsp yellow mustard ( start with less then add to taste)1-1.5 tsp garlic powder (start with less then add to taste)1-1.5 tsp onion powder (start with less then add to taste)1 Tblsp + 2 tsp brown sugarblack pepper to taste5 servings of whole wheat pita bread2.5 cups zuchinni sliced
heat frying pan spray with cooking spray add onion and bell pepper saute few minutes add ground turkey and cook til no longer pink
combine ketchup, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and mustard together taste and add according to your taste ( i use the full 1.5 tsp of seasoining and full 2.5 tsp of mustar)
while sloppy joe is heating through cook veggie
heat another pan with cooking spray add zuchinni and saute season with garlic salt and black pepper
serves 1/2 cup sloppy joe in each heated pita bread and 1/2 cup sauted veggie
( if no pita take off 140 calories and 1.5 grams fat)
