Black beans & veggie's

Ingredients
1 can of black beans1/2 green bell pepper diced1/2 medium onion diced3 cloves of garlic chopped1/2 tomato1 tbsp of garlic powdersalt to taste1 tbsp red pepper sauce
Directions
Simple- after preparing the veggies, just mix all but the tomatoes together and heat in a pan over medium heat. Once heated through add the tomatoes and serve.
