Healthier enchiladas

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breast16 oz enchilada 1.5 cups shredded cheese8 oz reduced fat sour cream1 can healthy request cream of chicken soup8 whole wheat tortillas
Directions
Cube and boil chicken breast
In the meantime mix enchilada sauce and cream of chicken soup, heat on stove until soup is mixed in well
Take sauce mixture off stove and add 8 oz reduced fat sour cream
Combined chicken and sauce
Spread mixture evenly into 8 wheat tortillas
top with shredded cheese and roll
Cook in oven at 375 for 30 minutes
Makes 8 enchiladas
