Baby Carrots, fresh - 16 ouncesChicken Broth, fat Free Reduced Sodium - 1/4 cupI Can't Believe It's Not Butter spread - 2 tablespoonsBrown Sugar, packed - 1 tablespoonMarjoram, dried - 1/4 teaspoonGinger, ground - 1/4 teaspoon
Directions
In a 10 inch skillet, bring carrots and broth to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook covered 8 minutes or until carrots are tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring frequently, 2 minutes or until Spread is melted and carrots are glazed.
