1 cup 2% milk1 scoop vanilla protien powder (I use Designer Protein)1/3 cup pumpkin, canned1 packet Splenda1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/4 cup Cool Whip4 ice cubes
Put all ingrediedients in blender. Blend until ice is is fully crushed. Enjoy!
