This was delicious! I used 1 cup of sugar instead of 1 1/2 and it was perfect! I will be keeping this in my recipe book! :) - 9/24/12

Really liked this recipe!! I halved it and only made one loaf as it was my first try making anything with zucchini, and found it a LITTLE bit dry, but that could be my fault! Will make the FULL recipe again!! - 8/11/10

1 1/2 cups of sugar seams rather high for a WW recipe. Do you mean one only 1/2 cup sugar. - 1/26/08

My friend made this for our dessert. It was so chocolately and rich. Very yummy - 11/11/07

Very, very good. I made one 8" round cake, and one small loaf pan, and it was perfect. Sprinkled powdered sugar on top--frosting would be overkill!

Sweet and rich without all the fat. I'm keeping this one for future use! - 9/24/07

The sugar is 1 1/2 cups or what is it, I can't understand what you mean. - 9/10/07
