5 medium Russet potatoes. Leave peel on and cut into large cubes.1/2 cup Non Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese1/2 onion. Chopped)1/2 Large Green Bell Pepper. Chopped1 lb Lean Ground Turkey Sausage
Makes 12 1-Cup Servings
Break the sausage up and cook in a skillet until it is done. Drain well.
Cut the vegetables and place them into a steamer and steam cook them together until they are tender.
Combine the vegetables with the meat and heat together. No need to add any more oil or fat.
Once heated together, salt and pepper to taste.
Top with a shredded cheese.
Serve and Eat
