Sunflower Oatmeal Waffles

Ingredients
2 c. Water1 1/4 c. oatmeal1/2 c. sunflower seeds.5 tsp salt2 Tbsp oil
Directions
Blend well in blender, let sit one minute while warming up waffle iron. Using a 6-waffle iron (Cuisinart), pour 1 c. of batter on pam'd iron, bake 5 minutes. Let iron re-heat 1 minute between batches. Makes 12 waffles.
