White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
32 ounces of chicken stock5 cups diced chicken (I buy a rotisseire chicken and chop it up... so easy)16 ounces of salsa (I use Newman's Own Medium)8 oz block of pepper jack cheese3 cans of navy beans (do not drain)garlic, 2 cloves2 tsp of cuminsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut up the cheese and put all the ingredients in the crock pot on low for the day! Easy and delicious. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla chips. Makes roughly 12-13 cups.
