4 Avacado - chopped into bite size pieces1 Can Black Beans - drained1 Can Ro-Tel (diced tomatoes, green chilies) - drained1/4 Red Onion, chopped in to small pieces1/4 Bunch Cilarantosalt, peper, garlic salt & lime juice to flavor
Directions
Mix, chill and serve as side or dip.

    It is really good...some times I don't add the salt and garlic salt and will pour just a dash of olive oil on with the lime juice and it tastes just as good without the seasonings either way it is a really yummy salad - 9/7/11
