Kale and Cannellini Beans

Ingredients
1 Bunch kale, cleaned and stripped from stems, chopped1/2 onion, coarsely chopped2 cloves garlic2 tsp olive oil2 15 oz cans cannellini beans, drained1 cup watersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet with a lid. Add chopped onion. Cook until soft. Add sliced garlic cloves. Cook 2 more minutes. Add kale and water, cover and cook until kale is tender, about 30 minutes. Add drained beans and heat through. Makes 8 servings.

I serve this over brown rice.
