Ingredients
* Cardamom, ground, 0.50 tbsp (remove) * Sunflower Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) * Raisins, 0.25 cup, packed (remove) * Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 2 tsp (remove) * skinless boneless chicken thighs, 370 gram(s) (remove) * Granulated Sugar, 0.5 tsp (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet (remove) * *Soy Sauce, 1 tsp (remove) * Corn Starch, 10 grams (remove) * Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove)1/2 cup water
Directions
brown cubed chicken with salt, pepper & cardamom then set aside. use oil to sautee chopped onion till brown, add raisins, mushrooms & stir then add the chicken + cube + sugar + corn starch+ water & let cook. serve with rice or sauteed veggies. makes 2 servings.
