Plum Crumble

Ingredients
10 plums cut & pitted1 1/2 tsp flour1/4 tsp cinnamonspray for baking dishTopping1/4 c brown sugar1/8 c oatmealsome flour left over from the plums1 tbsp whipped butter
Directions
Cut plums & mix with the flour & cinnamon place in baking dish...mix topping till it looks like crumbles ... put on top
bake at 375 for 40 min

If the plums aren't sweet enough add 1/4 c sugar to the 1st mixture.

Serve hot with ice cream
