Low-Fat Low-Cal Caeser Salad

2 cloves garlic, crushed (small)½ teaspoon Dijon mustard1 tbsp lemon juice¼ teaspoon Worcestershire ¼ cup olive oil2 tbsp nonfat Greek Yogurt¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper1 head romaine lettuce, outer leaves removedParmesan cheese to taste
Chop, shred or tear lettuce after washing well, and patting dry.
Combine all ingredients, and pour over chopped lettuce, mix to combine and voila!
TIP: If dressing is too thick, add a little bit more of the Yogurt, or a bit of water.
