Tofu Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
.5 cup firm tofu, crumbled1 tbsp olive oil.5 tsp cumin seed.5 tsp tumeric.5 small onion2 cloves garlic2 tsp siracha chili sauce
Directions
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onions and heat until translucent. Add cumin, tumeric, and tofu. Cook 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tofu is lightly seared. Add chili sauce and cook 2 minutes more. Remove from heat and enjoy!
