Spanish Rice

Ingredients
2 cups of white long grain rice4 cups of water1 8oz can of tomato sauce1 cube of Knorr tomato1/2 cube of Knorr chicken2 tbs canola oil1 tsp of garlic powder
Directions
Add 2 tbs of canola oil to a hot pan. Rinse 2 cups of white long grain rice, and drain.
After its drained well, add it to the hot oil and brown lightly.
Once browned, sprinkle garlic powder on rice and add tomato sauce right after.
Add the 4 cups of water and 1 cube of Knorr tomatoe and 1/2 of Knorr chicken cube.
Cook on Med - High heat for about 20 min or until rice fluffy.
Add water if needed. Do not stir, as it makes rice mushy
Makes 4 servings
